Shipping & Returns
The SEPREMIUM 30PG is an oil/water separator for compressor up to 30m3/min polyglycol type lubricant.
The SEPREMIUM range of oil/water separators separate oil from condensate, generated by compressed air systems. It achieves efficient separation by means of directing the condensate through various separation / filtration stages. The first oil adsorbing element has a clever visual indication of the elements’ saturation level. Final separation stages include a second polypropylene element and specially selected activated carbon to polish out the remaining contaminants. The elements are designed to achieve less than 10 ppm oil residue values at the output stage.
Below is a guide only:
- Air Bag deliveries - allow 2-3 business days
- Australia Post Express parcels – depending on your location, allow approx. 4-5 business days
- All other deliveries - allow 5-10 business days
- Air Compressors and Generators - allow up to 10 business days (Australia only)
- Outside Australia - please allow 5 - 15 business days
Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of payment clearing (during business days and if all item/s are in stock).
Store Pickup:
This option allows you to collect at your nearest CAPS branch. As all products are stored in our WA warehouse, please allow 2-4 business days for your order to reach your nearest CAPS branch first. Your local branch will contact you as soon as your order arrives. If you are based in WA, orders will normally be ready to collect within 1 business day.
Returns:
CAPS are happy to accept returns & exchanges on tools, parts and accessories within 30 days of the order being placed. The item just needs to be unused, in the original packaging, and you must have proof of your purchase. To request a refund or exchange, please call us first on 1800 961 943, or email returns@caps.com.au.
