How much is shipping?

For items under $100, we offer Australia Post Parcels ($9.50), or Air Bag deliveries ($22.00).

For orders between $100 - $2000, we offer FREE express shipping! Express may be via Air Bag or TNT road freight, depending on the item/s.

For larger capital equipment, costs will vary depending on the size of the product, and where it will be shipped to. Once you add the item/s to your cart, we have a Freight Calculator available so you can determine the cost.


When will my order arrive?

Prompt delivery is a focus of CAPS, and we will ensure that all orders are filled and dispatched from our warehouse within 24 hours of payment being cleared (on business days). If a product you have ordered is out of stock, we will let you know and order the item/s in for you (usually air freighted). Alternatively, we are happy to provide a refund for the affected item/s and ship the rest of the order to you.

With larger orders & large capital equipment, dispatch will be slightly longer.

For Air Bag deliveries, please allow 2 business days for the parcel to arrive.

For Australia Post Express parcels, please allow approx. 3 business days (Monday through Friday excluding Public holidays).

All other deliveries, please allow up to 10 business days. If you have not received your order within 10 business days, please contact our team at shop@caps.com.au and provide your order details. Store Pickup:

This option allows you to collect at your nearest CAPS branch. As all products are stored in our WA warehouse, please allow 2-4 business days for your order to reach your nearest CAPS branch first, before picking up. If you are based in WA, orders will usually be ready to collect within 1 business day.

Once your order is ready for collection, the nominated branch will contact you straight away. Please provide your 'Order Confirmation' email when collecting your order. Read full Terms & Conditions here



Can I return or exchange my order?

We are happy to accept returns & exchanges within 30 days of the order being placed. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping:

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. We highly recommend tracking your returned items, as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item from your nominated delivery service. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 



What payment options do you have?

CAPS like to offer options for our customers, therefore we offer payments via PayPal, Direct Deposit & Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard & American Express. 



Do you ship internationally?

With most tools & accessories, we do not have the ability to ship internationally as we are restricted by Manufacturers. However, with spare parts & some large capital equipment, we can usually ship overseas. Send your enquiry and specific part/product model number/s to us and our Exports team will happily look into some options.

My tool isn’t working, what do I do?

Bring the malfunctioning tool/part to your local CAPS branch to have it inspected. If it is covered under warranty, the service centre will repair or replace your tool/part and file a claim on your behalf. Store Locator >>

What do I need to obtain warranty coverage?

All you need is the tool/part and a proof of purchase to validate the warranty period.

My tool is out of warranty, can I still obtain service?

Yes, we also offer standard repair and maintenance services beyond the manufacturer’s warranty. Contact your local CAPS branch here >>
