FAQ: What does the dial do?
A common misconception is that the dial on the tool is a torque regulator. Please note, this dial is an air regulator.
The air regulator reduces the air and pressure allowed in by 25% at each of the 4 positions, so in the lowest position, it is only consuming approximately 25% of the recommend max air pressure and volume.
When reducing air coming into the tool, it will slow the tool and reduce its power/torque output. As the regulator button is moved to the left, it will continue to reduce the air pressure and volume allowed entering the tool motor for use.
It will, in turn, reduce the torque at the anvil when air and pressure consumption is reduced, the same as it will increase if air pressure is increased.

Returns:
CAPS are happy to accept returns & exchanges on tools, parts and accessories within 30 days of the order being placed. The item just needs to be unused, in the original packaging, and you must have proof of your purchase.
